The staff offered excellent service throughout my stay. The spa facilities provided a nice escape for relaxation. My room had a great garden view that added to the overall charm of the stay.

Parking availability is limited, which might require some planning.

The hotel promised a relaxing stay but delivered chaos. the steam room and sauna were not ready despite advance notice, and I woudl ve appreciated a room upgrade given the inconvenience. only half a sachet of coffee for five nights? utterly unacceptable. frankly, I almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

The charming hotel had a beautiful garden and the ambiance felt refreshing. My Comfort Double Room was spacious with large windows, providing great natural light. Breakfast options were impressive, especially the fresh honey from the honeycomb and made-to-order pancakes. The staff at breakfast were quite welcoming and attentive. The location was perfect for walks. I enjoyed exploring the area with rented bikes. I faced issues with the additional €10 charge for parking, which felt excessive considering the hotel's distance from the center. The room's hot water system was inconsistent, fluctuating between too hot and too cold. I was disappointed to find out that the spa access incurs an extra fee. While I loved my room's decor, my view wasn't as nice as those with balconies. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience remained enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming place with my family, including our grandchild. The spacious rooms were perfect for relaxing, and the décor was beautiful. Plus, it was a treat to have bike rentals on site for exploring the area!

For dads, it would be great to have more family-oriented activities available.

We enjoyed our stay with lovely modern rooms. Renting bikes added to our Sanremo adventure! be aware of extra charges for the spa. Ask in advance about room views as some lack balconies. A great spot for a relaxing getaway overall.

It was just a proper fit for a quick weekend visit in Sanremo with great for the money. The hotel had lovely big modern rooms with a fridge, which made it convenient for snacks. Bring your own bottled water since they only provide it on the first day.

Loved the clean room with a charming terrace and the nearby bicycle rentals made exploring easy.

We had a wonderful stay in a Comfort Double or Twin Room at Villa Sylva & Spa. The building itself is stunning with high ceilings and the spacious rooms were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, which included honeycomb and made-to-order coffee. Bonus points for the lovely gardens and the option to rent bikes for exploring the beautiful area!
